I Just finished watching the documentary The Tillman Story. it started off pretty slow but it really picked up after 20 minutes. If you don't know who Pat Tillman is he was a Professional football player, who joined the army after 9/11. He was a standout football player at The University of Arizona State then went to be drafted in the 7th round of the NFL draft. He was very successful while he was in the league. Then when 9/11 happened he gave up his multi million dollar contract to server our country. He was deployed in 2003 to Afghanistan. He was also deployed with his brother Kevin Tillman.


The reason this Documentary came out was because Pat Tillman was killed while he was deployed in Afghanistan, and the his family kept getting different causes of his death. So the Tillman family wanted to open up an investigation to find out the real reason to why there don had died. The brother Kevin wanted to stay quiet and waited until he finished up in Afghanistan. Then when it was quiet for a little bit about the situation it had came out that the general and the higher ups were not telling the truth and they keeping the truth from everyone. The US Government tried to use Pat Tillmans death in a Political way for the US government to go after the Afghanistan government and Iranian Government. The Tillman family was furious because there was a lot of speculation that Pat Tillman died from friendly fire.


What has yet to be answered and is still a wondering question is how was Pat Tilman killed they have yet to announce because they don't want to face the repercussions.

First Semester Of College

 First Semester Of College Recap                 For it being my first semester of college I would overall say it was a success. I came into college honestly not knowing what to expect, to be honest really. The reason I didn't know what to expect is because all these people tell me all this stuff about college and their experiences. Class Expectations for writing

 Hi, my name is will Mayer! This is my first year at North Central. This blog will be for my CARD 101 class. For my class expectations in this class, I want to become a better writer and extend my thoughts in writing instead of being very vague with my writing. In high school I really struggled in writing, because I feel that I wasn't really understanding what the author was getting at.
